1. Eligibility & Selection Participation does not guarantee selection. Educational Talent awards are granted at the sole discretion of the SciGEMs Talent Team, based on eligibility criteria, academic performance, performance over SciGEMs platform, and successful verification of documents.

2. Accuracy of Information Applicants must ensure that all information and documents submitted (including income certificates, bank details, academic records, and identity proofs) are true, accurate, and complete. Providing false or misleading information may lead to rejection, cancellation of the awards as applicable.

3. Verification Rights The SciGEMs Talent Team reserves the right to verify any information provided by the applicant through: o Government databases o Educational institutions o Income/Revenue authorities o Other authorized bodies Non-cooperation during verification may result in disqualification.

4. Compliance With Indian Laws In case of scholarships applicants must comply with relevant Indian laws, including but not limited to: o The Income-tax Act, 1961 (if applicable on scholarships or reimbursements) o State government rules for income certification o Institutional regulations regarding the use of scholarship funds The organization is not liable for any tax obligations or statutory requirements arising from the scholarship.

5. No Legal Liability The team or volunteers shall not be responsible for any loss, delay, or damage arising from: o Application submission o Technical issues o Verification processes o Award or non-award The applicant assumes full responsibility for their participation in the process.

6. Non-Transferability Awards are strictly non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may only be utilized by the selected student.

7. Right to Modify or Cancel The SciGEMs Talent Team reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the award program, its terms, or eligibility criteria at any time, without prior notice, depending on policy changes, government regulations, or fund availability.

8. Final & Binding Decision All decisions made by the Talent Team, SciGEMs regarding selection, disbursement, continuation, or cancellation of the award are final and binding. No further correspondence, appeals, or legal claims will be entertained.
